Variation:
Each wooden lid will havenatural variations and aunique wood grain. Natural oil from the wood lid may transfer to the inside of the package box and appear as a stain, but this is not a sign of damage or defect.Due to the way in which the enamel coating is applied, you may see some exposed metal and irregularity in the enamel coating. This is not a sign of defect or damage, but a character of enamelware.

Care Instructions:
Safe to use in the refrigerator.
Hand-wash only witha soft sponge. Do not wash with anything abrasive
Dry immediately and thoroughly after washing to avoid rust.
Not microwave safe. Not dishwasher safe. Do not bang enamel on hard surfaces or it may cause it to chip. Once chipped, it will be vulnerable to water and oxidizing, and may rust, however rust is not harmful to the body if ingested.
Returns must be made within 2 weeks in original, unused condition with all packaging for either 1. Store credit for the full amount or 2. Refund – minus a 20% restocking fee. Tortoise does not cover the cost of return shipping or the cost of re-shipping an exchange, and the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
