Imabari isthe epicenter for towel productionin Japan, and considered to be the gold standard for towels worldwide. Imabari towelsare made with a sophisticated dyeing and weaving techniques, and a soft low mineral content water fromMt. Ishizuchi is used to remove the stiff starch used in the weaving process, which is key in producing the extra soft towels that Imabari is world famous.
