Deux Cranes Chocolates and Confections is lead by owner and head chocolatier Michiko, a fourth generation Japanese-American with the goal of connecting people through the art of chocolate. After studying pastry and chocolates in Paris at the Ferrandi culinary school, Michiko created Deux Cranes to fill a space where multiculturalism meets sweets,making chocolates and confections that appeal to people from all kinds of places and stories.
